Sports and outdoors activities

At Lebanon's many sports and health clubs you can play golf, tennis or squash, swim, or participate in team sports. Fitness training is very popular and hotels and clubs will usually allow foreign visitors access to their facilities.

Thanks to Lebanon's varied geography, opportunities for outdoor activities abound. It takes little more than an hour to reach the snow-covered mountains (early January to the end of March) where our Mediterranean climate means ideal ski conditions and sunny skies on most days. For an unusual sports combination, try skiing in the morning and spending the afternoon swimming on the coast.

There are six ski stations in Lebanon:the Cedars, faraya, Fakra, Qanat, Bakish and Zaarour.

Hoops has two full sized courts and six half courts so that everybody will get a chance to play Basketball , Mini-Football and Volleyball. Hoops also has a Mini-Football and Basketball academy for kids age 4 – 16. All you have to do is pick up your phone and call us to make your reservation

-Founded 1993 in Jounieh - Lebanon by Professor Pierre Dib, Nameless Dance Academy was the first Dance Club in Lebanon to teach dancing (ballroom, Latin, Dance Sport, Acrobatic Rock & Roll, Oriental, Jazz, Ballet…..) for all categories and ages and to prepare champions for local and international competitions.
In 1994 Nameless Dance Academy organized the first Amateur Championship at Espace 2000 Zouk - Lebanon

-In 1995 Nameless Dance Academy invested around One million U.S.Dollars and moved to the new acquired premises at Jdeideh - Lebanon and organized the second Amateur Championship at Espace 2000 Zouk - Lebanon

-In 1996 the Nameless turned into an Official Academy of Dance licensed by the Education ministry of Vocation and Technique. It became the first and only Dance Academy in Lebanon that could deliver official certifications approved by the Lebanese Government, (License Number 10752) and organized the third Amateur Championship at Portemilio - Kaslik - Lebanon
-In 1997 Nameless Dance Academy organized the fourth Amateur Championship in its Premises at Jdeideh - Lebanon


-In 1998 Nameless Dance Academy organized the fifth Amateur Championship at Belle Vue Hotel Broummana - Lebanon, with the participation of the Kids Juvenile and junior levels for the first time in Lebanon

-In 1999 Nameless Dance Academy was the major actor in the foundation of the Lebanese DanceSport Federation and some Senior members of the Nameless Dance Academy founded the Dancing Social Club.
